What is the best fitness plan for someone with little time?

September 8th, 2009

I work a lot and the only time I have in my schedule for working out is about 1 hour per day. I need a routine that allows for this allotted amount of time, and focuses on a healthy body and a toned body. Thank you for your contributions.
It needs to be a routine. Certain sets of certain exercises, so to say. Thank you!

You only need 30 minutes. You have the time.

Are you able to stick to a fitness plan?

Vegetarian food before physical fitness test:run 2.4km?

September 8th, 2009

Hi im 15 years old this year and I am going to have my physical fitness test in school in 2 days time. What can I take so I would have enough energy and not have a stomach upset durign the run?And I’m vegetarian too so any suggestions?

I don’t want to lose weight.I just want to know what I should eat to prepare myself for the run.I’m I take in too little carbohydrates or energy food.Any ideas how to get these foods? thanks!

Pasta has lots of carbs in it.
I recommend you eating a lot of carb stuffed food.

You could buy some powder, too. Those work great. I love it.

And you don’t normally need carbs, but if you don’t have any energy you need fat. Don’t worry, it’s not as bad as it sounds.

Pasta salad is a great meal before, but try and get some protein in as well.

what are the NON fat food i can eat to help my fitness and keep healthy?

September 8th, 2009

give me a list for Breakfast,Lunch, and tea? and what drinks are good for you?

Thanks

Breakfast –hard-boiled eggs. Throw out the yolks. One slice of whole grain toast.

Lunch– Steamed vegetables and lean protein (tuna, turkey, fish).

Tea–hot cup of tea with whole grain crackers and non-fat cheese spread.

What is relation between losing of Carlorie, during the fitness training and fat?

September 8th, 2009

You don’t lose Calories, you burn them. :) A Calorie (kilocalorie) is a measure of energy and your body stores unused energy most accessibly in the form of fat. So when U burn a calorie, you are either retrieving that stored energy or preventing other energy from being converted into fat. As to how much fat is lost/prevented per calorie burned, I don’t really know.
