    How fast does The Fat Flush Program work?
    I’m thinking of starting the Fat Flush Program by Ann Louise Gittleman. How fast does it work? Is it easy to stick to and keep the weight off? And am I fine just doing my own exercise at the gym or should I get the Fat Flush Fitness Plan book also? Any tips? Thanks!

    The thing that makes Gittlemans fat flush different than the average "diet" is the liver cleansing part. (although it is also a low cal/carb plan) The liver is key to fat metabolism, and Gittleman proposes detoxing the liver for optimum function. You basically start each day with a glass of lemon water, then sip on a mixture of cranberry juice/water with a dash of cayenne and cinnamon throughout the day. The small amount of cayenne revs the metabolism, the cinnamon is proven to help regulate insulin, and the cranberry water is cleansing to the entire digestive system. I have read about the Fat Flush but never tried it, however it does sound medically sound and seem to make sense!
